Over the years, Power Up has changed in many ways. We’ve expanded our operations, developed new products, and supported new customers nationwide.
However, one thing has never changed: since the very start, we’ve been a proud Baltimore business. All of Power Up’s operations are right here in the U.S., from our corporate offices to our manufacturing.
The Trouble with “Reshoring”
When the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted the global supply chain, other businesses had to scramble to find solutions stateside. Other companies have struggled to adapt and figure out how to reshore and bring their operations back to the U.S.
Meanwhile, Power Up never left. By keeping our manufacturing and business here, we’ve brought jobs to the region, boosted the local economy, and––most importantly––helped our community when it was needed most.
Baltimore and Beyond
Power Up was established in 2008 and has been at the forefront of Charm City's innovation ever since. We deployed some of the very first charging stations in the United States, and now our product lineup has expanded to include Solar Charging Trailers, battery energy storage systems, and much more.
We power communities across America, but it all starts here in Baltimore. Our customers span from coast to coast, across all industries. Local emergency response teams, nationally acclaimed hospitals and everything in between look to Power Up for technology that connects.
The Future is Here
The future of Power Up is here in the U.S., too. Clean energy solutions can keep us connected during an uncertain future. With the increase in natural disasters, Power Up believes in the importance of emergency power and how beneficial it can be for communities around the country. Our approach prioritizes sustainability, creating a better future for our country, and community, making it easier for us all to help each other.
We’re here for you, and we can’t wait to continue working together. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions, or simply want to learn more about our U.S.-based operations.
